From Haneda Airport to Shibuya Sta./Ebisu Sta. 　
Take the Tokyo Monorail from the airport underground terminal to Monorail Hamamatsucho station (last station of the line). Change to the Yamanote Line outer loop (to Shibuya/Shinjuku) at the adjacent JR East Hamamatsucho station, and then get off at Ebisu station (about 40 minutes). Alternatively, you can take an airport limousine bus from the airport to a hotel near Shibuya station (about 40 to 60 minutes). 　
From Narita Airport to Shibuya Sta./Ebisu Sta. 　
Take the Narita Express from the JR East “Narita Airport” or “Airport Terminal 2” station, and then get off at Shibuya station (about 1 hour and 20 minutes). Or, transfer to the Yamanote Line outer loop (to Shibuya/Shinjuku) at Shinagawa station and then get off at Ebisu station. Or, transfer to the Yamanote Line inner loop (to Shibuya/Shinagawa) at Shinjuku station and then get off at Shibuya station (about 1 hour and 40 minutes). Alternatively, you can take an airport limousine bus from the airport to a hotel near Shibuya station (about 80 to 100 minutes).
